1-Conduct Gap Analysis (SCAMPI* Class C appraisal)
The objective of this appraisal is to execute a Gap Analysis, mapping the current status of software processes, identifying weaknesses and strengths. The final report is a valuable source to improce the organization processes. 2-Conduct the compliance evaluation (SCAMPI* Class B appraisal)
The objective of this appraisal is to review the organization processes and their use in the projects. We will be identifying weaknesses, strengths and recommendations. We will identify areas where improvements must be done before a formal evaluation. 3-Conduct the final Appraisal (SCAMPI* Class A appraisal)
This is the final appraisal. The objective is to evaluate the organization processes and their use in the organization projects. The Appraisal Team will be evaluation their adherence to ®CMMI processes. A final maturity level could be generated when using the Staged Representation.
