As the lead appraiser of CMMI-DEV ML3, Mr. Antonio Braga is very preciseness and professional. Before conducting the appraisal, he has made detailed appraisal plan, which play an important role during the whole process of conducting appraisal. He paid much attention to details and was good at finding loophole in management from the details, then analyzed deeply, pointed out the root of the problems, besides that, he also promoted significant and operational recommendations, all of these reflected his high professional knowledge. During the whole process of conducting appraisal, he followed the CMMI rule strictly, organized the ATM to do appraisal, to review the process and document carefully, he is the model for us.
