Thank you for the lead appraiser Mr. Antonio Braga to come to Zhuhai Zhengcai Technology Co.,Ltd to do CMMI Level 3 appraisal.
His professional knowledge and richful experience impressed us deeply. During the whole process of appraisal, Braga followed the schedule strictly. Mr. Braga did the appraisal by following  CMMI rules and regulations, all of us admired his way of doing work. At the same time, his way of working gave us great confidence and encouragement. \

Before conducting the appraisal, he has made detailed appraisal plan, which play an important role during the whole process of conducting appraisal. He paid much attention to details and was good at finding loophole in management from the details, then analyzed deeply, pointed out the root of the problems, besides that, he also promoted significant and operational recommendations, all of these reflected his high professional knowledge. During the whole process of conducting appraisal, he followed the CMMI rule strictly, organized the ATM to do appraisal, to review the process and document carefully, he is the model for us.
